Eligibility for Refund<\/strong><\/h4><ul><li><strong>Full Refund:<\/strong> Customers are eligible for a full refund if they cancel their service request at least <strong>24 hours<\/strong> before the scheduled appointment.<\/li><li><strong>Partial Refund:<\/strong> If the technician has been dispatched but the repair has not been initiated, a partial refund may be issued, deducting any service call fees.<\/li><li><strong>No Refund:<\/strong> Once the repair is completed, no refunds will be provided.<\/li><\/ul><h4><strong>2. Refund for Unsatisfactory Service<\/strong><\/h4><ul><li>If the repaired appliance fails within the warranty period due to the same issue, we offer a <strong>free re-evaluation and repair<\/strong>.<\/li><li>If our technicians are unable to resolve the issue after multiple attempts, a refund may be provided at our discretion.<\/li><\/ul><h4><strong>3. Processing Time<\/strong><\/h4><ul><li>Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method.<\/li><li>It may take up to <strong>7 business days<\/strong> for the refund to reflect in your account.<\/li><\/ul><h4><strong>4.
