1. Eligibility for Refund
Full Refund: Customers are eligible for a full refund if they cancel their service request at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment.
Partial Refund: If the technician has been dispatched but the repair has not been initiated, a partial refund may be issued, deducting any service call fees.
No Refund: Once the repair is completed, no refunds will be provided.
2. Refund for Unsatisfactory Service
If the repaired appliance fails within the warranty period due to the same issue, we offer a free re-evaluation and repair.
If our technicians are unable to resolve the issue after multiple attempts, a refund may be provided at our discretion.
3. Processing Time
Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method.
It may take up to 7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
4. Exceptions
No refunds will be provided for issues unrelated to our repair service.
If the appliance has additional problems not disclosed during booking, extra charges may apply instead of a refund.
